The long curving highway called Alpha Ralpha Boulevard can be seen almost from start to finish. In the distance, the boulevard is passing through the clouds. At the top on the right is the abandoned weather station where the ancient computer known as the Abba-dingo is located. There is no longer any access to the Tower from the outside so the few visitors that make the journey on foot are forced to hike all the way back down the boulevard. But you will be allowed to enter and continue up inside the Tower.
