Lifefinder is the new name for the Gossamer Telescope. It would use an array of inflatable space antennas flying in formation to search for signs of life on extrasolar planets. This image showed an early concept. The extrasolar planet can be seen in the glare of the distant star that Lifefnder is investigating. |
