This is Mary's story, which is missing at least one detail regarding Isaac Luse but it's still useful.

Mary Waste was the daughter of Francis and Helen Waste. She was born in Platteville, Wisconsin in 1852. Mary went to work for Mary Elizabeth Rogers in Fennimore, probably as a housekeeper. But when Isaac became interested in Mary Waste, Mary Elizabeth Rogers fired her for obvious reasons. So Mary Waste married Frank Arnold and they moved out west. When Isaac accidently ran into her in Arizona, she was divorced and had one son. So they were married on June 17, 1883 and had three children, George, Orestus and Alberta
